In the Maldives, tourists can stay overnight only at facilities that are approved and licensed in compliance with Maldives Tourism Law 2/99. LemonRock Comfort is officially registered under this law with the Ministry of Tourism and Environment.
In the Maldives, particularly in the capital city, obtaining special permits from the city council is necessary for all activities or services. LemonRock has secured these activity permits prior to receiving its Guest House Operating License.
The LemonRock Comfort building is a ten-story structure, approved in accordance with construction regulations and sanctioned by the City Council. Its standards have been reviewed by architects and civil engineers.
LemonRock Comfort is a private property and building registered with the city council in accordance with land law, and the guesthouse is operated by the land and property owner.
In Malé, the capital city, every house or building is required to have a living permit from the city council. LemonRock has obtained this permit in accordance with land regulations.
LemonRock Comfort Foods is licensed under the Food Safety Act (No. 6/224) by the Maldives Food and Drug Authority, allowing it to operate food establishments and services.
LemonRock Comfort is managed by Nalafalhu Holidays, a local inbound travel agency licensed under tourism law. The agency offers a comprehensive range of services for tourists, providing first-hand assistance from arrival to departure and including excursions and travel packages.
